What is NUDGEO?
NUDGEO is a global Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that quantitatively measures brand citations across 9 AI engines — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, DeepSeek, Llama, Mistral, and Qwen — and automatically optimizes and publishes content to increase citation frequency. The platform supports multilingual content in Korean, English, and Japanese, and is available for purchase globally via AWS Marketplace.
How is GEO different from SEO?
SEO optimizes for which links Google surfaces on page one. GEO optimizes for which brands an AI cites when generating an answer.
- Unit of measurement — SEO tracks keyword rank; GEO tracks Citation Rate.
- Competitive unit — SEO is domain vs. domain; GEO is brand vs. brand.
- Decision path — SEO requires users to compare and click multiple links; GEO surfaces your brand in a single AI-generated answer.
- Core KPI — SEO uses Organic Sessions; GEO uses Citation Rate (%).
Getting started in 5 minutes
- Subscribe to NUDGEO on AWS Marketplace. No separate credit card registration is required — charges are consolidated with your existing AWS bill.
- After subscribing, you are automatically redirected to app.nudgeo.com/marketplace/setup where onboarding begins.
- Register an entity (brand) — Enter your brand name, industry category, and an optional crawl target URL.
- Add tracked queries — Questions a buyer might ask an AI (e.g., “best GEO tool for B2B SaaS”). Starter: 10 queries / Professional: 30 / Enterprise: unlimited.
- The first automated measurement runs the following Monday at 04:00 KST. To see results immediately, trigger an on-demand probe from the dashboard.
What is an entity?
Entities are the brand-level units NUDGEO tracks for citation analysis. A single account can manage multiple entities, and multi-brand management is standard on the Enterprise plan. Each entity has its own tracked queries, content pool, and distribution channels.
How do I define tracked queries?
Tracked queries are sent to all 9 AI engines on a recurring schedule. A well-formed tracked query meets three criteria:
- It is phrased as natural language a real buyer would use.
- The category and intent are unambiguous.
- There is room for a brand to appear in the answer.
Examples — “best GEO solution for enterprise SaaS,” "tools for tracking AI answer citations,“ ”how do B2B brands get cited in AI search results?"
How is Citation Rate calculated?
Citation Rate is the percentage of AI answers that mention your brand when N tracked queries are sent to 9 engines. For example, 60 queries × 9 engines = 540 answers; if 340 answers include your brand, the Citation Rate is approximately 63%. NUDGEO also tracks position (first mention, comparison table, recommendation list) and answer share.
What is a Gap Query?
A gap query is one where a competitor is cited but your brand is not. NUDGEO automatically surfaces a ranked list of gap queries as priority candidates for the next content generation cycle. Closing gap queries is the core GEO improvement loop.
Why does NUDGEO need a publishing network?
All automated content deployment runs through the NUDGEO Publishing Network — a multi-domain network operated by NUDGEO. Independent of your own site's domain authority, content published to this network enters the AI indexing pool directly. Professional plans deploy to core network domains; Enterprise plans deploy across the full network simultaneously, with IndexNow pings triggering immediate indexing requests.
How often does NUDGEO measure?
| Plan | Automated cadence | On-demand probes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | Weekly (Monday, early morning KST) | 5 / month |
| Professional | Weekly (Monday, early morning KST) | 50 / month |
| Enterprise | Daily by default (hourly available) | Unlimited + API |
How is content generated automatically?
Starting with the Professional plan (15 pieces per month) and unlimited on Enterprise, content is produced through a 6-stage GEO pipeline:
- Crawl — Collects your site and competitor content (Puppeteer with SSRF protection).
- Extract — Classifies entities, headings, and blocks along 3 axes.
- AI Rewrite — 15-step GEO optimization using Gemini, Claude, or GPT (provider-agnostic).
- Validate — Rule-based validation blocks fabricated statistics and phantom citations.
- Publish — Deploys to the NUDGEO Publishing Network and fires IndexNow pings.
- Probe & Track — Re-measures across 9 engines the following week to extract deltas.
The validation step operates entirely on rules — no AI calls. Fabricated statistics and unsourced citations are automatically blocked or patched.
How do I read the dashboard?
Citation Rate trend chart
Your brand's citation rate vs. the competitor average over time. The chart displays a 4-week pre-adoption baseline alongside cumulative post-adoption lift. Sample customers have observed an average of +22 percentage points after 4 weeks. Actual results vary based on domain authority and competitive intensity.
Per-engine citation counts
Citation count, tracked queries, and week-over-week change for each of the 9 engines. Asymmetric patterns — strong on ChatGPT, weak on Claude — indicate that engine-specific content signals are needed.
Activity feed
A chronological log of all pipeline events from the past 24 hours. Track exactly which content was published where, and which engines cited what.
Can I connect alerts and external systems?
- Email digest — Enabled by default on all plans. Sent after each weekly measurement.
- Slack — Available on Professional and above.
- Webhook — Enterprise only. Route data to your own BI or CRM.
How are teams and permissions managed?
Member permissions can be scoped per entity. The Enterprise plan supports SSO/SAML integration with Okta, Google Workspace, Azure AD, and custom identity providers.
